Well, I hit the weights a little hard this morning. My shoulders and arms were so warn out and tired that I could hardly pick up my lap top. This was the first time in a long time that I actually exhausted my muscles, feels good now though. I couldn't get on the motel treadmill this morning so I headed outside. I think I got about 1 mile in maybe a little more, I was out about 20 to 25 minutes and actually jogged most of it. My legs finally felt ok but I didn't have the lungs for it yet. I'm guessing my next two times out I will be jogging 1 full mile and will start trying to increase it with each trip out. I'm going to try and do a mile in the morning before heading back to Atlanta. We'll see what happens.
By the way, there's a ton of hormones in them there stak's. You might have hair growing down the middle of your back if your not careful. I wonder if you can take these on top of the Pak? I don't think you would want to cause that would be like 23 pills for breakfast, but I was just curious. And another thing, these are not small pills................................it takes 2 glasses of water to them things down.
