Thanks for all of the info guys. I think over the weekend I will put together a plan and a diet and post it for comments.

Let's meet at Wild Wings and discuss it over a few brews!   :D {toast}

The day before river rock on the 1st the doc told me to she wanted to see me around 190lbs I weighed 235 so I was like yeah right. I was eating between 2000-3000 calories a day. I am very active at work so I thought thats what I need but I was wrong. I have been counting calories since then only eating 1800-2000 and I drink over 100 oz of water a day. I had lost 10 lbs last week but I had a bad weekend ate bad had a few beers and gained 5lbs back. I am back on track now and Im going to start jogging after the first of the year to give my body time to adjust to the eating change.

LOL!  Round!  Hahaha.  I'm with ya brother.

Tomorrow is our office Thanksgiving luncheon.  80 folks, and the company provides honey baked ham, turkey, and desserts, so everyone brings the good stuff!  Candied Yams, Sweet Potato(e)ha souffle,  well, you get the picture.  I'll have top spurge a little tomorrow!

Hey Chuck-
Look at Military.com. Go to fitness in the left column. Plenty of stuff to read about and motivate you. Here is a typical day for me. This is Nov 20 training log-

0815-protien shake, 3 aminos
0920-Gym-20 min road run
1019-protien shake
1055-BSN Cellmass
1150-Fish, rice. SUCKED!!
1300-stimerex-ES fatburner. I don't advise these!!
1407-BSN No-explode, TRAC NO2 Loader(pre-workout stuff)
1430-Gym-Arms
1520-Gym-18:20 road run
1600-BSN Truemass, BSN Cellmass
1740-Tuna cassarole, noodles-SUCKED
2210-protien shake

This is just 1 day. My bodyweight is 202Lbs. I figure since we spend a ton of time here on the site, I will post up my stuff from time to time. Its easy, but a bunch of people don't care to write their stuff down. I don't when I am there in the US, but here its easy because the food is horrible. I have a 10K on the 27th I am trying to build up for. I am under the gun though with just a few days left. I ran 36 minutes today slow. It felt good. Just take advantage of the motivating feeling when it hits you and include the wife. It helps when you succed, but succeding together is really motivating.

My weight loss program mostly involves numerous reps of 12oz curls.  You should look into it.
