No fat burner for me! That stuff seems to crack me out to bad so I don't take it. I was curious on the Jacked as i hear so much about it and NO-explode. Might try one of them next.

I really don't like No-ex now that BP is out there. BP is much better stuff. Jacked is good because you don't need much of it to feel the effects. I stack this with CE2. Really good pump!

I might just keep the BP. I only use it on workout days so the bottle has lasted awhile.

My running is getting better. I REALLY REALLY hate running (and never do it) but I am seeing vast improvements so I should have 0 issues in 2 weeks. Motivation is key here. I also bought a bike trainer used cheap so I can get a little spin on the bike nights I get home to late to run.

Yeah, running sucks but it works. I enjoy it now more than ever because I am not being chased or yelled at while I am doing it. And its at my pace. Just pace yourself, if you feel shin pain or ITB stop! Make sure you recover. No matter what you take, good old rest will always be the best tool for getting better.

Right now I am doing 3 day splits which normally consist of 15 minutes on the bike day 1, 1.5 mile run/walk day 2 and then .75 mile run on day 3. Then I take a day off completely and then start back on the bike.

It is not but you must "run" the whole time. Then it is followed by sprints, 35 pushups, 35 situps, 5 chinups and fence clearing drills so I need to get into a little better shape so the running doesn't zap my energy

Well this is where I stand with 5 hard training days and 1 light training day left. Everything is done 1 right after the other as it should be on test day:
-I can run a shade over 3 laps around the neighborhood. It takes 4 laps for 1.5 miles but I got hills here, the test is on a track. This is much better then when I started at being able to do a lap...
-I do a couple of sprints up my driveway
-35 pushups no problem with good form
-Situps I still lack on, it took me almost a minute and 30 seconds to do 35 situps
-I can do 5 chin-ups with a slight struggle on the 5th

The i finish off with some calf raises and grip work.

Not going to lie, went to crap over the weekend with all the good food and beverages. Went in today, did circuit work, kettle bell stuff, 40 pull-ups, 1.5 mile run, 400 crunches and some chest work. I almost got sick!

Its amazing how much circuit stuff will kick your ass isnt it? Lifting weights I thought I was in great shape doing heavy weights, high reps but man do the simple stuff in a circuit like I have been (like 3-4 sets depending and going to max per set) and you are dead in a hurry!

Short run today and spent a few minutes on the punching bag working on elbow and palm strikes.

On a side note, I think I got a good base for my diet finally. After 3 weeks of it I weighed myself and my weight has remained the same but there is definite fat loss and muscle growth. Now I know where to add or subtract depending on the gains I desire.
