It is not but you must "run" the whole time. Then it is followed by sprints, 35 pushups, 35 situps, 5 chinups and fence clearing drills so I need to get into a little better shape so the running doesn't zap my energy
Well this is where I stand with 5 hard training days and 1 light training day left. Everything is done 1 right after the other as it should be on test day:
-I can run a shade over 3 laps around the neighborhood. It takes 4 laps for 1.5 miles but I got hills here, the test is on a track. This is much better then when I started at being able to do a lap...
-I do a couple of sprints up my driveway
-35 pushups no problem with good form
-Situps I still lack on, it took me almost a minute and 30 seconds to do 35 situps
-I can do 5 chin-ups with a slight struggle on the 5th
The i finish off with some calf raises and grip work.
