Waiting for the blood results! According to the Dr's scale I only lost 8 pounds, I think their scale is out of whack. So that puts me 252 pounds. My blood pressure was low again. Last month it was 116/70 and this time it was 100/70, it's been riding at around 148/80 for the last few years, I guess this means the exercising is working. So starting yesterday I'm going to hit it hard for 6 weeks using just free weights and see how big of a difference that makes. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for 6 weeks. That will put me at 240 pounds. I'm also going to change my routine just a bit by switching cardio and ab exercises every other workout. For example tonight is back and abs and then on Thursday I will do shoulders and 20 minutes of cardio. I also started taking a fat burner today, It's called Tight Extreme. It's supposed to be better than Hydroxycut.
