yesterday was chest tris and abs with a hard 20 min cardio. Still stuck right at that 250-251 mark... I am pretty much eating the essentials and thats it. I think I do need to turn up cardio some but also watch my consumptions over the weekends. Glen, safe trip home  {salute}

Waiting for the blood results! According to the Dr's scale I only lost 8 pounds, I think their scale is out of whack. So that puts me 252 pounds. My blood pressure was low again. Last month it was 116/70 and this time it was 100/70, it's been riding at around 148/80 for the last few years, I guess this means the exercising is working. So starting yesterday I'm going to hit it hard for 6 weeks using just free weights and see how big of a difference that makes. My goal is to lose 2 pounds a week for 6 weeks. That will put me at 240 pounds. I'm also going to change my routine just a bit by switching cardio and ab exercises every other workout. For example tonight is back and abs and then on Thursday I will do shoulders and 20 minutes of cardio. I also started taking a fat burner today, It's called Tight Extreme. It's supposed to be better than Hydroxycut.

Glad to hear things are getting better.  i was 312, uh huh, and now 292, but you can't tell!  Had a double cheeseburger for lunch.   ;D

If you guys can, bump it up to 30mins cardio. This thread goes back far enough and we have all progressed well. Time to take it up a notch. Watch those pills Chuck. Just keep an eye on your heart rate both active and resting. Jerm, my target HR is 157-167. If i hold this for a constsant, its said to be my optimal zone. I tried it and it works. I took 2 of those pills this morning and I have to say I was a little jittery around 9am but my pulse didn't crazy or anything. I went ahead and stayed away from the coffee just to make sure.

Did legs and 200 crunches today. This was the first full weeks of just using free weights and man what a difference they make ;D I lost 3 more pounds this week. Going by the scale at the gym I'm down to 247 now. Still have not received my test results yet.

Received blood test results today and after only 5 weeks of eating right and working out all came back as normal ;D

Did arms and chest tonight, no cardio! Didn't feel like waiting for a treadmill................this gym sucks, it takes almost an hour and half to get a 45 minute workout and they just keep signing people up. I can't wait to get out the hell out of Cuba............oh yea, I weighed in at 246 tonight.

good work Chuck! I am rounding out the school semester so I am having to put the gym off a little. Plan to hit the pavement though tomorrow for a 30 minute run, some pushups, situps, you know the simple things i can do here to keep moving. Hopefully by the weekend I have things put away for the last week of school and can get back in there before Jeep Beach
