Garbage! Get a good pre and post workout drink. I use a combo of NO2 Black, CE2 Hi-Def, Black Powder or Nano Vapor and Jacked. This is just pre-workout. 30mins prior to going in the gym. Post is 72 grams of whey, and MHP's Dark Matter. 4-6 shakes daily will help with weight loss/control, but you have to incorporate cardio. As for test boosters, all they ever do to me is make me a bigger asshole than I already am! ;D
