Get 'em Chuck! Only thing I ever see negative about the band is the weight is lost so quick you get the excess skin thing going on.

This can happen but it's not as common as with the Gastric Bypass. Supposedly people lose weight a little slower but end up with the same results in a three year period. Hopefully, with just needing to get rid of 70 pounds I don't have this problem.

Well second week of the free weights, love it. Running the simple split of upper body 1 day, lower body with abs next, day off or 2 and repeat. Whats the opinion on the whole TEST boosters and GH stuff?

Garbage! Get a good pre and post workout drink. I use a combo of NO2 Black, CE2 Hi-Def, Black Powder or Nano Vapor and Jacked. This is just pre-workout. 30mins prior to going in the gym. Post is 72 grams of whey, and MHP's Dark Matter. 4-6 shakes daily will help with weight loss/control, but you have to incorporate cardio. As for test boosters, all they ever do to me is make me a bigger asshole than I already am! ;D

Just curious. Some guys at work talked me into getting some. I didn't spring for the pricy stuff they have but I got LG Methyl 1-D and some LG Sciences GH spray pump stuff all for $30 so figured what the hell. I plan on only taking the minimum dose of the Methyl which should last 30 days (3 pills) and the GH should last 60 days... I will keep updated.

Oh my warrior diet thing.... works and not works. Like all diets I fit it to me eating more in the day time but still a feast and I am losing weight but not going down on my lifts.
