Dude,
You can get your Solid Diff cover here for $65.00 straight from factory..
I ordered 2 D44's for Christmas.
http://www.solidaxle.com/ProductCart/pc/viewPrd.asp?idcategory=7&idproduct=31
Also.
I ordered the Teraflex oil pan skid from Quadratec. It is exactly like the Nth degree only it cost 79.00...
http://www.quadratec.com/products/16192_200.htm
I hope this helps. The oil pan skid it heavy duty stuff.. I installed and posted photos on the forum..

The front 2 extension arms bolt to 2 unused bolts on the side of the motor block.
The rear 2 bolt to the xmission housing...
Click on this link and it will take you to the teraflex product page.
ABout middle of the way down on the page click on installation instructions and it will explain it better..
http://www.teraflex.biz/products/hd-oil-pan-skid-plate.html
Be sure to clean all mud and debris out of the front motor bolts.
Anything else just let me know...
