full hydrolic steering set up
« on: January 20, 2009, 06:39:17 PM »
i have a complete setup to convert any full time off road vehicle to full hydrolic steering.this eliminates the need for a steering box, pitman arm, etc.this means you are open to any suspention movement without worrying if your steering is going to bind up.all you will need to add is hoses to fit your application.it includes the power steering pump, steering motor(advance version of an orbital valve)steering cylinder proportioning valve and a backup electric pump in case you loose the power from the engine so you will still be able to steer even if you have engine failure.this is not a cheap 4WP system this is a comercial system that is used on small to large earth moving equipment. that means you will have very slim chance of failure on the trail.this is a must have for any serious off road vehile exspecially in the rock crawling sport.i am open to trades perferably guy stuff guns boats 4 wheelers cars trucks etc.ijust make your offer the worse i can say is no.thanks for looking

steering motor

bypass valve for power loss switching

steering cylinder

power steering pump(can use current pump on your vehicle if equipd)

electric pump for steering with engine failure

i will also throw in a hydrolic motor that can be used for various appliations including a winch

as i said you will have to make hoses to the application but besides the hoses this is 0% complete.a few cheap t check valves is all that is needed.

PM me a price on just the steering motor, (orbital type valve), If I go full hydraulic I would like double ended type ram that would do away with tie rod. If you have decided to break up the set up. Did you ever see what you had about Hyro assist?
