OR-fab rear tire carrier $100

I am trying to make some money to pay to rent a trailer I have had this sitting behind my shop for about a year.  It is in of shape, includes the  inner brackets and all the pieces. Will need some bolts i believe. 

The mounting bracket was cut so i could mount my LEd tail lights so it is a little ghetto looking but still works.  Also, i has to cut the handle a little to work with a stock rim.  I can have it together on the 16 of Feb.  I will be bringing it from dublin to clemson.  SO i can meet in Milledgeville , Athens, Commerce or Clemson or On I-20 Near Washington.
