wanted 4.0 motor

i need 4.0 for my 89 xj non H.O mine has a rod knock and about 2-5 lbs oil pressure runs fine at idle and when driving it if you give it to much gas it starts to knock

I have a 95 HO motor, Not sure what all you would have to change for it to work.

i think that all i have to change is the head and you my head intake exhuast how much do you wanti have also found out how to use a H.O motor and still keep my renix computer shoot me a price if i cant find onei might be going to pull apart
