EGR Tube for 87-91 YJ

Anyone? for free? haha. I REALLY need one. My jeep has been backfiring like a Mo Fo and it sounds like a lil harley. bad MPG (Even for a YJ) I had 9 MPG just about..

Just make an EGR block off plate and do away with it.

Pull the egr valve off trace it on cardboard cut it cut out bolt it up where the egr use to go then cut a steel plate from the cardboard template and use high temp rtv and bolt the plate on.

but i want my EGR!!! plus.. i dont have steel. im 16 still! youngest member in here! ill be 17 thurs tho.

Pretty bold of you to tell me that....... Hence why you a looking for something you dont need.   Yeah it helps with MPG. Thats what makes you get 15 mpg when its hooked up. NOT...


Its an emissions thing. You really dont need it.

i have the 2 EGRs... just the tube is cut... i need a new tube.

If I had the tube I would give it to you.




If you want drive over to my house one day this week we can make a block off plate till you get a tube. Parts like that are usually hard to find. And you can see what the mileage difference is. I have seen mileage increases but everything is different. Just let me know. I have thursday open till about 5 pm.


Or bring your old tube and I may be able to fix it.

thurs is my bday.. doing stuff... the tube.. just needs to be welded back together.. but the prob is... the other end of the tube in on the old intake... and it wont budge.
