3.73 gears and extra set of axles. Ready for disc brakes. For the low low price of 80.00

I just spent 120 for this. Need to sell. :hlp

Dana 61 is a 60 with the pinion moved over a little so they could run 3.07 gears. They have a beefier housing and tubes than a 60, just not a whole lot of aftermarket support.

This is the cool thing about being part of group like this, you can always learn something new.  After researching this a little it looks like there are quit a few of these out there, but nobody wants to use them for the reason you stated, parts are hard to find and it seems that it takes a little more work to make them work. Sorry Richard, I take back what I said about you. LOL
