I went to Del's Automotive on Vineville. Cheapest place I found without going to a Tires Plus or the like. My alignment wasn't bad at all, just towed in a hair.

Most tire places include life time rotate and balance and tire repair for free when you buy local.

Also check with 4 wheel parts they do a buy 3 get 1 free deal some times. If you want a good local shop go to northside tire. They may be a little bit higher but they are a great shop.
