Buying 1979 Ford F150 parts (list)

I would like to buy parts for my 1979 Ford F150 4X4. The parts consist of:
Dash cluster
Door Panels
Dash (good condition)
Outside mirrors
Steering column


And if I come up with other parts I may need. I will post. If you have any of the parts listed above. Please post and tell me what price.
