GATR's pretty darn specific for a website/club.  I think the only way you're going to find people closer is to know them irl.

Not to sound like a dick but:

GATR does a pretty damn good job of everything.  Not perfect, but it's by far better than any I've ever seen.  Plus, it's free.

Just follow a few simple rules, the people are good, and I have a blast here.

Think you missed the point guys, the fella wants people who are closer to him.

I am not aware of any clubs that are centralized around the GA/AL line other than the guys down in Columbus, GA. I know they are mainly a buggy crowd but still a good group. Other than that most clubs are like us with members all over the state. My suggestion is google and chat with the local 4x4 and truck shops. Goodluck

We ride 3 ORVs in Alabama (1 practically on the line) and 1 in middle GA quite often. I think we are it.

Yes, you would be correct.

So there is a buggy crowd in Columbus? do they have a website or a club?

I'm from michigan, there are a handful of off road websites that target everybody from the budget boost crowd to the buggy crowd.

I cant remember off hand their name. Last time I rode with them there were a few buggies, some trailer rigs, some DD's. About like our club, just a few more buggies.
