 They have him held up in a residence right now, they think he has a GSW to the torso. Go to Fox news' website and click the story, then go to the bottom of the page and look for related stories for 11/29/09 and look at all the FU shootings ....... and people ask me why I CC.

Crazy times... we discussed this today in class and sadly enough things like this happen. Sometimes people wake up and decide "I want to go kill a cop" and it happens.

Further research shows this guy was pardoned a while back. He was supposed to be in prison on a 95 yr sentence for another crime, and wrote a letter and got commuted by Mike Huckabee about 10 yrs ago. Most recently he was arrested for second degree rape of a child, for which he posted bail.

Crazy times...

they found him and had a shoot out with him and he got waxed.... one news reports that he was hit by 15 rounds.. another news report doesnt say just says that he was killed...

No kidding.  And I don't see how someone with a history like his, IF put back on the streets and then commits an act like raping a child, I don't know how they can even be presented with any kind of bail.  Why would you want someone like that on the streets?... It just seems a bit ridiculous to me sometimes.
