KIDS PLAYHOUSE

I have a children's playhouse in decent shape for sale. The only things that are wrong with it is the water faucet is broken and there are some stains that I couldn't get off, but the stains aren't very noticeable. I'm sure you could get it cleaner with some all purpose and a little scrubbing. One side of the house opens completely which is pretty cool. It would make a great christmas gift for a small child. Preferably a girl since its pink. haha
I'm asking $50 for it.. obo

It should turn out looking like the second picture I'm posting, depending on how many times you click it.
