I never would have believed a cherokee would run that fast until I seen it for myself. Hell we were at the shop working on my Jeep and could hear the wind for a while before he came by us and funny thing was he was a couple hundred feet in front of the police. Poor old 4.0 sounded like it was ready to give up. ;D

Sounds about right. The cops keep distance in chases in hopes the driver wont feel "forced" to make a stupid move and put innocent life in harms way. Then when no one is around or they hit the "must end" point they close in...

I do like the drivers gangsta lean though!

Where he came through is very congested and he was doing over a hundred in a 35. So they really had no option other then to hope he gave up or broke down.
