Its Winch ready and black... no dents or bends but has a few normal use scratches... i got it for the winch that was on it but dont even own a ford truck... lol... first $400 gets it!! doesnt cover up your perty grill unless you run a winch of course... then it will alittle... may fit other model full size trucks with warns braackets... will meet if at all possible!! 678-588-6661 Travis call for pics...
