I am going to try but doubt it. Leave dates are getting suspended left and right for training.

56 days till the event. I did 5K's worth of hills, sprints and jog recovery....this one might hurt a little!

Still no weight lifting for me this week. Bicep is doing alot better. Been busting tail on elliptical and BJJ to make up for it. Going to start back on the weight Sunday no matter what.

..our medic got cocky tonight...did the following:

50 reps Kettle bell swings
manmaker push-ups
Gobblet squats w/ shoulder presses
lunges
chest work cables/dumbells
weighted ball throws and squats again
interval curls
-46 minutes of pain!

...he's not cocky right now... ;D {toast}

Weighed in yesterday evening and I was still 279. I will get a good weighed in Saturday morning. Stayed on my 1800 cals a day diet 10 out of the last 14 days. I give myself 1 "cheat" day a week. Got back to lifting yesterday and my bicep held up great.
Got cardio, weights and BJJ tonight.

Been hitting it pretty hard this week. Damn shoulder is trying to give up but I ain't going to let it.
Do Work Aka Moon Man. What you lack in technique make up in throttle! Or a set of cheater tires.
