I think its good advice for me on my schedule, and late night snacks need to go.

The older I get, the less I need to eat to gain weight. Bummer.

Danny Kinder:
Doug, doesn't get off at 8. If you go to bed on a light stomach you actually wake up ahead. Instead of spending the night burning your dinner off, you spend it burning other calories.

I can tell a difference in a day or two when I follow it.

Ok, we finally broke down and hired a personal trainer today. I'm hoping this helps with the accountability issue that I have. It's a 12 week program and it's mostly weight lifting with free weights.
