finding motivation is rough...Leg day on this end. Hate is a strong word, but I HATE working legs!
X2 on all counts. I did legs yesterday too. Back and biceps today with a touch of cardio.

Gain a pound back. Hit 45 minutes of elliptical, then back and biceps. Decided it was to nice outside and walked 1.5 miles.

Dont worry about a the pounds thing everyday. I have learned it goes up and down a lot. I weigh myself every morning before eat/drink and its always a little diff.

Breaking my meals down a little more starting today.
300-400 cals for Breakfast (I hate breakfast)
600 cals for Lunch
300 cal for Snack (Myoplex shakes or Cliff builder bars)
600 cals for Dinner

Yesterday I as able to wear a shirt that used to be too tight around my stomach and it was baggy around my stomach. Today my dress pants are loose.

I know whatcha mean. I can eat one meal and see it yet I have friends that eat alot and drink beer almost everyday and don't gain a pound.

I am back up to running 12 miles a week, I can bench 345x2, but I can't seem to cut the calories at the moment....I love dark beer, thats one of my many vices...
