Still holding at 31lbs of weight lost. Got back on my calorie counting this week and hope to start droping again in the next 7-10 days. I have lost over 4 inches in both my waist and hips since February.
Monday through Thursday I have been getting a 2-3 miles of jogging at lunch.Then hitting the weights and 35-45 minutes of elliptical and doing BJJfor 1.5 hours.
Fridays I have been getting a 2-3 miles of jogging at lunch.Then hitting the weights after work.
Saturdays been getting another 1.5 -2 hours of BJJ in.
Sunday is rest day, sometimes.
Been at the schedule for 3 weeks now or as close to it as life will let me get, something got to break the weight plateau that I hit.
Oh and I have 50 days till Tennesse state Bjj championship.
