What is the cert test code date stamped on them?

Doug there is a bunch of numbers stamped on tank will it be a year as on 2012 or just looking for last 2 numbers..If you not sure I will run them by a Tank store and have them look at the tanks

08 08,
or 08 10,
that shows month and year of manufacture, and you have 5 years until needs a recert for about $35.

So the 06 needs a recert to be filled, or maybe exchange it at the Gas place,
and the 08 has until sometime next year.
