I emailed him and he says he has it still. Emailed back about total miles on truck and anything else replaced. If its good I will go for it. I have the cash for it and would like a tow pig but can't afford a lot of the F250/350's or dodge and Chevy versions and I refuse to take out a loan for them!

After towing with a 2wd truck for 5 years now, I sure wish it were 4wd.  I've gotten stuck in quite a few places when towing.  Just saying.

Heck, I used 4WD on my tow rig at Gulches (dry) to gear down and keep the wheels from slipping as i backed out.  Looks like a great deal...

He said the Burb has around 280k miles on it and has no clue on anything else that might have been replaced. The way he worded the email makes it sound like he is not in possession of the vehicle. Either way, I think I will pass on this one.

The burban I just picked up changed my "wheeling" life!! There is more than enough room to pack all of the gear, sleep comfortably, and plenty of power to tow with the 8.1L!! + you can find them pretty cheap
