The number of executive orders is pretty irrelevant since lots of them are just bureaucratic housekeeping that no one cares about.

EO's are used by every president.

BO's EO's, to date, are actually less than any modern day president on an annual average. Regan did a ton of them.  So did Clinton.

Also, EO's can be undone with a stroke of te pen by the new president.

Yep, one implemented by Reagan was undone by dummy Bush and then reissued by Obama.

Absolutely...I was indicating that Obama is not alone in issuing EOs to get stuff done.

Personally its not the use of EO, its what its used on and how "this" administration has decided that he can act as a dictator with it.  I think thats the issue, not that they use it or how often, its on how "far" reaching that power is.

Reading back on some history, from what i can gather most historians since this was to be used in a limited arena and not to become "King" like, which, I think many..  "me included" have decided that "This" Toe sucker tosses around like a "Bully".  hince the distaste.

The problem I have with the 'fear' of Obama revolves around a specific fear tactic used by gun rights fanatics.  They incorrectly stated before, and during, his first term that he would "get rid of your guns".  Then in the running for his second term, they said he didn't do it during his first term because he was waiting for his second term to do it.  What a bunch of crap.

The health care act has been well received and to be honest, it was why he was elected the first time.  I am assuming this is where you think he was the biggest bully.  It isn't a perfect law...name one that is transformational that is perfect.  If you have to get a major law with transformational actions through congress, you can't get it done and have it be perfect.

I work in private industry and we have to make decisions and take action without perfection...if we waited for perfection we would stagnate.  We course correct along the way, but our long term goal doesn't change.  That is what you will see with the healthcare act...many amendments to it coming for many years.

He's a terrible executive who hires poorly.

I hear you, not sure if i 100% agree, but yea. .  I personally dont think he was ever prepared to lead, I mean,..  really, the man never really had a job.  a senator.. who barely works, has no understanding of how to run anything..    yea, your last statement.  executive who hires poorly.. is a soft way of putting it .. in my book.   I personally think just about anyone who has really had to lead and manage..  would do better, ..

I disagree with the healthcare act.  he got voted in.. IMO on a few other issues.  he promoted a ton of free stuff, and to many folks in this country who have nothing...  "vested".  by that I mean the are "ticks" who suck on the tit of others..  are allowed to continue to vote in those who will promise free crap..  he did, they took it to the polls, now the rest of the country is paying for it.

it was and always has been about control and money, plain and simple.  health care is a large cash cow, and you can control people, by making promises you cant keep. but. the idiots who vote cant see the "big" picture..  all they see is "free shit" woo.. and lets stick it to the guy who makes over 100k.  he makes too much..  its a socialist way of thinking.  (and Obama is a king socialist)  and .. in my book is toxic and is worse than any other political stance..

It's been well-received by those who get subsidized.  Others not so much.

It was so well received that in 2012 the conservatives couldn't get him out of office and conservatives lost ground in Congress.  I guess you could fantasize that losing seats in Congress and not winning the White House after campaigning on the topic for years indicates how much people despise the law.  Then two years later, after the law was implemented, the healthcare act was not a major campaign discussion.  The fear of the law is much worse than the actual law....for now.

I want the government 100% out of healthcare because I am sure legislators will eventually outlaw the things I like (bbq, drugs, alcohol, candy, etc, etc) due to the burden it puts on the system.  But my view does not align with a majority of Americans as indicated by polling and by elections.

I have not been positively or negatively affected by the law...it just does not affect me...yet.

This is a serious question:  How did the healthcare law affect you?  (frustration and fear due to having the law does not count!)
