Georgia had a $5k tax credit for purchased or leased Leaf's(leaves?) but the General Assembly cut that out this year plus, they added a $250/year tax on electric cars, added to your annual tax bill.

They went from one extreme to the other

I see a whole row of the Nissan Leaves charging in our parking deck at work.  I always have the thought that I want to go by and unplug them all. <insert evil laugh>
