Drove the truck to lunch and never made it back to the office.   Bolt in the passenger rear tire, nail in the driver rear tire,  and after barely making it to the tire shop, need to have the front passenger tire slightly trued.  Talk about some luck this afternoon.

Only good/bad luck is it seems for the mix of towing I do,  I need to rotate a lot sooner.  Rear tires are at 25-30% tread after only ~14k mi(rotated at 6k and 11k).  Fronts are at 50-60%

bad luck...

and poor mileage on those tires.  Clark got poor mileage on his oem Ram tires too I think

Sorry to hear about your afternoon Don.  The upside is that it sounds like it's time to accelerate the decision on new wheels / tires for the truck.

Thursday after getting home from work I finally discovered what my bearing noise I had for awhile in the Ford. Sounded like a idler or tensioner pulley but I found the water pump leaking so mystery solved.

Not what I wanted to spend my Saturday doing, but at least I saved over $500 from having the dealer do it. Plus I went and looked at my receipt from when I had the dealer do the water pump last time.  2008 and 124,000 miles. Truck now has 178,000, not very good for a Motorcraft (OE) pump.  That is what I would expect out of a cheap parts store replacement.

Would have rather spent my day at the Toy Drive at AOP!

The fan is huge btw.

That's a low mile 7.3! How hard is it to change being on the bottom?
