Don, sounds awful.  Hope your friend is doing ok and fully recovers.

Scott, haven't you always called it the ANNUAL Moab trip? It's tradition, a given.  She just forgot.

It's a hemi AEV Brute and that's what they go for.  Nice but waste to me also.

Said 3.6 V6 in the ad. If it's a Hemi they should advertise better.

Still a stone cold rip

Didn't fish today.  Went out early yesterday and stayed late, came back in at dark.  Over 30 bites.  Smoked/blistered my thumb feeding on a big hit if anyone knows what that means, but I hooked and landed my own fish all day. Totally different. We had a few doubles and should have had at least 3 and a triple.  No tuna. Our buddies got a marlin.

Today was recovery day lol.  Breakfast at marina, set the house up, football.  Watching the birds dive on the fish and feed on the beach for hours was cool.

Great news.  We were planning to come home tomorrow, but it's just to awesome here and we are all having a blast so we changed our return to stay a few more days.  New Year's Eve party and dinner at the house tonight and we don't have to get up early tomorrow now.  Fireworks on the beach and we'll have a great seat from the patio.

Watching a bowl game on the way in was cool.

Doug, that's freaking awesome!  Trip of a lifetime for those kids, but hopefully they get a few more with your cousin and you.

I know what you mean regarding the thumb.  When I was a kid I did a good bit of deep sea fishing and had this leather pad with a mesh top that fit over the thumb...saved me some thumb damage for sure.

Stay safe and write home before you split.

Fished today, less bites and less fish, still a great time.  Spaghetti by Linda for supper for 12 of us.

Out in CA this week at our HQ.  Today sucked.  Had to fire 3 people.  Absolutely the worst part of managing people.  Looking forward to a better day tomorrow.
