I can only dream the police pull out the rubber bullets and water cannons.

Was there ever any proof he had a gun?  I recall the local cops saying he did, but never showing it..and the state stating they didn't have the gun in their possession.

Getting answers, man!  I would be if charges weren't filled if the guy didn't have any weapons...but I never heard the conclusion of the investigation with regard to an actual weapon.

My point is does it matter if you don't comply and you make threatening moves?  There is a fine line there for a judgement call there for leos for me. They shouldn't have to allow it to escalate if reasonable to assume there is an imminent threat to their life and subject does not comply.
They should have to wait to be shot at.  I know, crazy talk.
