well hydro is in my future, but for now im just going to have a powersteering cooler put on to ensure i can make what i have last. longer.  thanks Todd for the assistance and big thanks to @Danny Kinder   and the @Allsouth Autosports   team for a great install.   have to go back nxt week and add about an inch on the front bump stops.

What exactly was it?

That is adjacent to the Marta rail yard. Was it theirs? Used oil? New oil?

Saw the smoke coming through Buckhead as I was leaving tonight around 6:30.  Glad I was going north.  Coworker who was going south just got home.

That is State property under the bridge so likely it is GDOT or Marta's stuff.
