Damn Skippy...the law is unclear at the minimum, but I believe I'm not guilty.  I will admit to you guys its ambiguous, but I have a line of arguments based on state documentation, that i hope proves me innocent, or at least not guilty.

How do u think he hides the tag dates.  so dirty no one can tell what year/month it expires.
