I wonder about the torque.  Will the rig be able to climb hills without slowing down to a crawl?

Typically they're using electric DC motors which have super high torque think of what a train uses the equivalent of it

I'm in Chicago this week and I spotted this while walking to my meeting yesterday. It's August, but I guess they're always prepared here.
