I've got more hardware than that in my ankle and the metal detectors never go off... she'll be fine.

Day trip to gulches yesterday. Expected it to be muddy and busy, but it was dry as a bone and empty. Perfect conditions for the park. I made every obstacle I attempted, with zero damage, which is more than I can say for my buddy richie who ripped apart a Chevy kingpin knuckle while trying to tow out a disabled jeep from the bottom of death valley/shipwreck entrance. Would have been a fun recovery, but a friend nearby had a spare so he left it on the trail until the morning and fixed it there.

Going back to the orthopedic on Thursday for knee issues. This time it's my left knee. Surgery was on my right knee last.

I have already had 3 surgeries on my left knee and the last was in 2005. 1 - take out a torn acl, 2 - replace acl, and 3 - cut out a bone spur. I hope it doesn't require cutting on it any more.

It swollen now and the pain comes and goes. It's random when it shows up and is pretty sharp causing a good limp. Knee stuff is getting old. I have all of strength and stability and this randomly happened. No sports or anything to cause it. I stopped by the PT who rehab my right knee and they weren't sure wjat the issue is but did all the test to make sure nothing was torn. Just hope a born spur hasn't developed and causing issues. Walking is over rated at the moment.

I'll be a bionic person by the time in 50...lol.
