If I ever get back to the beach, I'd prefer a just a deep water slip and another sailboat, the Admiral says it better be a Condo with a deep water slip. Priorities.

I'd go to Colorado and retire if there is water.  Plus, it's a perfect place to retire - lots of Liberals.  I'll become a big time Liberal when I retire .... "give me everything!!!!!"   //LMAO//

A good friend lives in Castle Rock and they are always under strict water restrictions.  They send all of their water to CA.

Yeah, its amazing how much water we have (from snow melt) but how much of it goes somewhere else (like CA).

The house we bought has a well, so as long as it doesn't go dry we're in good shape.

Well, we missed all the Irma excitement, been in Kansas City , got back to Atlanta Wed night, picked up my jeep from @Allsouth Autosports  new wheels look great, rear axle fixed, im set for Harlen.   Headed to Nashville this weekend to see the inlaws and pick up their F150 , 1999 with 80k miles, my son is buying it from them, its also my Mother In-laws Bday 91, so I need to fan the flame of caring son-in-law.  as crazy as she is, she has alot of wisdom to share.   

Son was home during all the wind and rain, lots of branches down, ppl across the street had a tree fall in their front yard across their driveway and they could not get out, he and another guy spent the day after it was over clearing it for them.    glad everyone else seemed to make it out ok.   glad to be back in GA.  nothing beats Southern Friendlyness.  every time i leave the south, im amazed how much i miss it.
