I'm still going to the chiropractor after our Danny Rescue mission in the LJ. Once I'm done, I'll send over the bill.

Haha... that was a bad ride but don't let Tony know you're bad mouthing an LJ.

My rear passenger ORI is broke, and was during the Harlan trip.  So in reality we were only riding on 3/4 of the cloud of titties that we should have been.

Nobody likes an odd number of titties....

Hahahaha, truth.

Can confirm, 75% of ORI LJ is over 200% suckier than my stock JKU on ride comfort.

What's up with the broken ORI?

That’s a lot of math.

It won't compress all the way to 5/8" chrome showing.  I bled both chambers and it still had probably 2" of chrome showing.

I think you were behind me on the way back to the cabins the last day.  Every bump I hit there was a loud ass bang when it bottomed out.  No cushion at all...

I watched a few videos on rebuilding an ORI and it was a problem that was brought up.  Once I realized I was just going to send it back for service I stopped worrying about what internal component was causing the issue.

Yeah, I remember the few stops on the ride back...I also imagine the transmission mount not being attached on one side made a few noises...Lol.  I hadn't associated the noise from the trail with the belly pan at the time, but now it makes sense.

I'm just not convinced the ORI products are getting better with age.  Danny hasn't had a single issue.  You, me, John, and Scott have all had issues.  Do coilovers have this many issues?

I don't think the belly pan was contributing that much.  We could feel the jolt on every relatively small bump.  I can't imagine how the pan could cause what we heard and felt.

And clearly we all just wheel harder than Danny does...

I was thinking the belly pan may have been bouncing (due to the strut issue) and then it was slamming against the frame.  Idk...no biggie, since you're going to fix both issues.
