Recently I realized I have gotten tired of driving the truck to work every day.  The Camaro is a great ride, as long as the top is down, but when the top is up it's a terrible car to drive.  So I started looking for a commuter car, but I wanted it to have lots of bells and whistles, and a soft ride, and a fast engine...oh, and big enough for my fat ass to fit into without a jar of Vaseline.  New cars with those features are incredibly expensive!  $40k is the low end, and the really nice ones are 60k+.

Kell spied a Buick LeSabre for sale:  1998, 56k miles, $2500.  I've wanted a ghetto sled for a while, but that car hardly fits any of the other requirements.  This morning I saw the car and took a look at it from the outside.  It seemed legit, plus for that amount of money, as long as it lasted a year, I wouldn't really lose any money.  Tonight I got a better look at it, and it wasn't as pretty as I thought.  I've moved on, for now.  I think I'd rather have a Crown Vic.

as much as I dislike my beater 02 Toyota Highlander, it keeps running. You can find 02 Highlanders and Accords for $2000- $3000 and as long as you do the normal up keep they should last more than a year.

My father just had his done last Monday. He is still in pain from the surgery a week later but its normal says the doctor. Hopefully it'll get better soon. Hope your wife's surgery goes well!
