Glad no one got hurt.  always scary when ur kids drive, glad she had her seat belt on, and is ok.  hopefully insurance wont be too stressful but...  its more clutter .   keep us updated.
First, I agree...glad your daughter is fine.

Second...since it was his fault, and your daughter has physical damage to her body, I expect the other person's insurance company will want to take care of you ASAP and get you to sign and cash the check quickly.  I know when I was in a wreck many years ago that wasn't my fault...they WAY overpaid for the car I was in that was totalled.  I would expect the same thing here.  Did the other driver have insurance?
Yes, the other driver was insured.  I would be very surprised if our 2007 Toyota RAV4 isn't totalled.

Glad she is ok for sure.  I know you'll be smart about taking insurance money.  It's shark infested waters with insurance.  Make sure she is 100% healed up and gets all the medical - ortho, chiro, whatever she needs to be made whole.  That ticket when paid will be him admitting guilt/negligence if/when he does so if you/insurance have any issues.

Glad she is OK... we've been down this road, do not accept any offer of settlement...  get checked out, give it a few days, a week, make sure she is fine.

Insurance actually doesn't want to deal directly with you if there is any medical claim.  i tried and they told me to get an atty, maybe because she was a minor.

Sign up with an atty, we can recommend one, Bobby would you recommend him too?  Then the doctors hang a ticket that their insurance pays, most insurance has an account that swiftly pays med up to $10k.

Glad she's not serious hurt.

My mom tapped some guys bumper at a red light & they got $60k from her insurance company. They said it was cheaper & easier just to pay off the asshole.
There was zero damage to either car.

Did you get pulled over, or just an automated ticket?
