I saw the new Blazer the other day.....
Maybe the Bronco will look better

I like it, but it isn't an SUV. 

With the Bronco, who knows.  I have seen some pictures /renderings / images that make it look awesome and others that make it look like a Ranger Sportrac.  I hope it ends up looking like this:


and not this:

I read an article praising the 'camaro' headlights and the 'performance' of the blazer...I bet it doesn't perform any better than the new Explorer.  Automobile "news" folks are paid spokespeople generating fake "news".

Newer vehicles just do not have the character that the older vehicles did.
Everyone trying to have the newest future look to them. Take the new chevy truck front ends. Makes me want to barf!
That blazer has no beef to it. The vehicle companies think bringing back old names will make people want to buy the vehicles. Only thing it does is solidify how awesome the old ones were.

Ya kno, I was just making fun the other day of a Ford something , new model SUV that  - to me - looked just like the new Cherokee & the Hyundai SUVs that were around it &( on interstate w/ me in my '95 XJ in midst of all of these station wagons ,heh) during a freeway drive someplace the other day.
I said to myself, " ...sheez; Ford made that soccer-mom thing look like that Hundae SUV & they both look like bad imitations of that new Cherokee , which is a freaking Fiat...
all of these cars look the same!"

It really is sorta disparaging; not only are the generations after ours ( born after 1980ish) driving less & showing far less interest in automobiles but the generations after that one are gonna be the last to consume automobiles, I think. My kids, except for KKs interest in crawling & Jeeps , have no interest in driving or automobiles. I am trying ot pass my knowledge down but it is not readily sought. All I cared about at 13 was combustion engines and fuel.

Vehicles like that white thing are the demise, tombstones if you will, of the automobile as we know it.

I would have no issue with having 4 Tesla motors in my Jeep , one for each wheel. Yes; I am all about the future ,however, if it is following trends such as that 'Blazer' seems to be following aesthetically & probably mechanically, I want off the train cuz' that looks like it's bound for the darkest depths of despair-ville.

The new four-door Camaros are sick... I did hear that the Bronco's axles are being made in the same Dana warehouse as the Rubi axles though. Supposed to be solid axle front and rear (probably lies) we'll see.
