Thanks fellas.  Travis - I’m in Tech grad school now and I thought I was welcomed on the team. Guess not lol.

When it happened I didn’t believe it either. I had to google all the same stuff and the ER doc confirmed they see it. Have a follow up with my primary tomorrow and scheduling immunologist appt after.

Most of the swelling is down now and just feel like I haven’t slept in a week.  Get winded going to the shitter.

small useless factoid ; while i cannot say i'm getting a masters degree from GaTech nor attending in any manner  however,  I have swapped-out every inch of that neon in the campus clocktower ,by myself , before... a long time ago


( edit: i hit me I may be so old that there maybe no more neon or neon GTs up there any longer? it was 25yrs ago )

Glad your ok. I get the same reactions from wasp and yellow jackets and carry 2 epi pens. I've learned to pop them immediately after the 1st sting. But that was after getting stung once by 6 or 8 of the SOBee's and swelling up but not having any reaction until I went to shower.

I spray and keep 2 cans of 25' wasp spray. One in the shed and one in the house. And if I see any ground hornets, I either sneak attack em at dawn with gasoline or call an exterminator.
