I happened to read this paragraph in a blog post by the novelist Theodore Dalrymple, and found it amusing.

While on the subject of compensations wrought by the COVID, there is also to be mentioned the disappearance for a time of Greta Thunberg from the newspapers and other media. When people speak of the Second Wave, it is of her that I think: Will there be a second wave of Greta Thunberg? I wonder what odds the bookmakers give on this important question.

I don’t ever go to Lowe’s. Just don’t like the store. 

I love my Roswell HD. 

Good story.  First Crawling for Reid...we needed 30 or 40 buckets for the raffle.  Didn’t really want to buy them. I went into my Roswell HD and just talked to the General Manager. He was all in.  Gave us the buckets we needed...super cool.
