Tony, we are in FL and just saw a Turkey deboned and a duck and a chicken and stuffings laid inside and cooked at Alpine Steak house in Sarasota on Drive Ins, Diners, and Dives.  It looked awesome.  I try to find places from.the show when i travel and sample some of the best and unique flavors.
When you slice that thing it looks awesome.
