Stayed with the 2 miles this morning. Jogged 1 mile then walk and jogged the 2nd mile. Still took about 30 minutes so I deceided to leg lifts and push ups to fill the other 30 minutes. Then had my 8 ounce shot of vanilla ice cream flavored Syntha.

Hey Ghost, I get to take a tour of the BNS plant that is located here in Boca Roton Fl. My friend (who is a body builder) from Belgium is coming here to visit and he's friends with the CEO of BSN. Should be intersting.

Worked a bit today so did nothing. March is here in a few hours. Time to change things up a little. Increase cardio, still lifting somewhat heavy. Chime in!

Did chest, shoulders and tri's in the morning and 50mins cardio in afternoon. Stayed with 225lbs on incline for 5 sets of 6 reps. Nothing extreme.  {popcorn}

Mad Mark and the broken XJ. Had to help a brother out. There were only a few of us that would actually get dirty that day. A bunch of watching and jaw jacking. Emotions getting away from some! I don't play that sh*t!. I am there to help and learn. You should have been there. Good times! {toast}

P90X does work. My buddy is using it. He stopped after a month, but got great results off it. I did cybergenics years ago and Body for Life. It all boiled down to 1 thing though-DIET! Anything you do is better than nothing, but when it comes to eating right, people don't have the will power to do it. Its the hardest part of fitness.
