My wife mentioned this while we were at the gym tonight, it was on their TV. I'm using Tight Extreme and it does have a different ingredient. Also, I only plan on using it for 6 more weeks and then get off of them. Just trying to get a quick burst!!!!!

Hey where you fellas at?

Last week I took off most of the week from the gym to deal with school and stuff. This week back at it and I a trying to run out side more but that's a little hard with all the rain lately. I will keep up my cutting diet until Jeep Beach and then I think I am going to on a clean bulk program but still keeping in the running outside.

Still here! Did legs last night. For some reason I have hit a stump. I've only lost like a half a pound in the past two weeks (been averaging 2 1/2 to 3 pounds per week). I haven't changed anything. I'll just ride it out for another week cause I figure I will more than likely blow my diet during jeep beach and I'm hoping this will shock my body and then go back on the diet that Monday and it will go back to losing some weight..................

Hey Glen,

It's 95 here! I have not worked out at all for 1.5 weeks. I did something to my back and I just can't seem to get it to heal up. I did something to the big muscle on the right side and it just pissing me off. I'm surprised on how much the back muscles get used. I tried finding something to do while it heals but it seems like no matter what I do it gets tugged on.

No worries Chuck. Just been back over 20 days. This thread was on the 3rd page, thought I would dig it up. See a back specialist if you can. I always see one when I am home. Works wonders for us little guys! ;D I will start this back up tomorrow! Where is the JERM?

yea I did 20000 push-ups ran 400miles in about 20hrs.. did 30000 situps...

for real I did about an hr of PT this morning... after I puked.. did about 50 push-ups, 25 incount flutter kicks and then went on a little run.. nothing major... have to go see a orthro doc here soon about my knee.. it swelled up to a grapefruit size last week after a run.. been snap cracklin popin for about 2 weeks.. cant extend my leg all the way out.. get about 75 maybe 80 degrees when laying flat before it hurts... feels like my knee sometimes comes out of the pocket.. but what do i know.. my PLT SGT says keep running..

Hey, I'm still here and still hitting the gym sort of! I was off for about 4 weeks because of back pain (muscle not bone). It finally quit hurting so I'm back it. I didn't gain any weight while I was off but I did get a little weaker. The bench press about killed the other day, I'm sore as hell again.

Have you tried out that Cryotest yet?
