I can see that. It was a pretty intense workout yesterday and then I whopped up on the punching bag because i still had energy. Best part is the blue rasberry doesnt taste like a health drink, it kinda taste like a real drink you can enjoy.

That kind of stuff scares the crap out of me.  I'm always afraid it's gonna make my ticker explode.

 Start with the minimal in dosage. I use to take this stuff or NoExplode before missions. It works! {salute}

I took a single scoop this morning and did my cardio got to the gym a little late to hit the weights.
 Seemed to wake me up and get me going.

I weighed in monday for the contest I was 278. Today I was 274. Down to one coke a day. Cutting my breakfast and lunch in half while trying to get to 5 smaller meals aday.

I hope I can get to 274 fast.  Weighed in at 305 Monday.  297 this morning.

Watch the videos, and pay attention to the food section. After losing my 35lbs in under 5 months while adding muscle I believe a lot of goals are finally achieved in the kitchen, not the gym. I ate 6 meals a day plus a snack after my workout and i never went hungry. The links above show a sample meal plan and list the types of food you want to eat. It may cost a little more at the grocery store but it is worth it. I plan to go on a cut myself after the 3rd weekend in Jan. Maybe I will do some before/after pictures for it.

Good stuff, my biggest problem has been changing from 2-3 meals aday to 5-6. I have never ever been a fan of eating all the time.

I think since the Black powder has caffine in that I am done with soft drinks. Maybe I can skip the withdrawls this time. :hlp

Yep time to drop sodas and carry a water bottle with you. The NO has creatine in it as well and you need water with creatine or it can give you some serious kidney pains!
