I love snow. I hate ice! Jeeps don't like ice! LOL The only shining spot is that it looks like the Helen area won't be hit as hard as the metro area.

First timer here:  how will the ride work, will we roll for 2-3 hours solid at a time, or kind of drive for an hour, come to a scenic spot get out, mess around, get back on the roll get to a river crossing, get out and make the approach etc - find the next spot?

On this trip, it will be all dirt forestry roads and I am sure we will be rolling thru without alot of stops. Alot of ground to cover. Stop for lunch at a scenic spot, regroup and continue. Bring a pee bottle  </LMAO/>
