Be good to meet you there, I'll also have SWR and cable.  For my next set of wheels I'm going to get something where valve stem is recessed or behind a rock ring just to avoid this whole problem of cutting it off on rocks, I've seen it a few times in a row now.

Yes it does suck when it happens to you.....
All my wheeling trips and never had a problem

Makes me reconsider leaving my spare and
hi lift jack back at camp also......

In a relatively small park, I wouldn't worry about leaving the spare behind.  I still don't want to carry a big as 35" tire around a big park, but I can tell you it would be hell to have to go get the spare if needed in the middle of trail 23 (or whatever it was) at Windrock.  If you're with me on the trail, I'll have the valve tool with me (found it yesterday and going in the Jeep tonight) and some of the smaller valve stems (0.4xx").

I normally do the same and leave it at home. I didn't ever want to carry in the hitch for deproach angle and weight reasons, but I'll probably start now. I would hate to be "that guy" on the trail who goes flat and is right in the middle of the trail.
