I have never driven an FJ cruiser but I hear some complain about visibility both front and rear.

Oh, did you ever sell that Tacoma you had?

Tacoma is gone.

Looking for a daily that can still have fun on trails

Thought about a TJ but it has small back seats and it's still a Jeep. Not that that is bad, just want to have something different. I know SA beats IFS in most situations, it just looks like a fun ride and I like changing it up. Plus you guys need more FJ's in the group :)

As someone with a lot of stickers, that's an assload of stickers.

I don't think the rear has 16-18" of travel. Other than IFS, I like it.

That's a lot of travel without a linked rear with longer shocks.

Why do you want a completely different brand rather than just a different build?

There are strong reasons the JK and TJ are so popular.  They work and have a huge amount of after market support.

If you have common parts, folks can help with tools and spares and knowledge when you break.  With this rig most of that is not available.

Be different by you and your build and your wheeling style.  Unique is hard to care for and hard to sell unless really cheap.

Having a convertible that the doors come off of easily is huge for us.  Jeep only events are fun to.

If you crush this hard top or bust out windows you will repair it and it will cost.  Wheeling is much more open and smooth in Texas and Moab.  Less  jagged rocks and trees.

Just advice, and you are different, but i wouldn't go near this for the reasons I've mentioned.

If I had to be different, I would go LJ custom build route.  Rarest of the jeeps and bad arse.

From full stuff to this at full droop. Comparing the gap to the tire size, 16" looks believable.
