You would be amazed at some of the stupid trade offers I have received but my bottom dollar is $50k. I have had two serious takers at that price and they both backed out just before they booked travel arrangements.

I have a broken bass boat, a travel trailer with a flat tire, and a TJ (probably with two flat tires)...wanna trade straight up? 

Some people just test you to see how desperate you are.  You would probably be amazed at what some people have offered for trade...and succeeded.

Yeah, I've had some cool trade offers, but I need the cash back out of it. The main reason for me pressing to sell it was to free up some money since we are closing on a new house later this month in Canton.
