I know the feeling man. We’re going through the same thing right now. Trying to find a home with a garage in CoA is insanely expensive. Let alone finding one with more than 1/10 of an acre. Good thing the money is so cheap to get.

Took some work, but the sellers finally accepted our offer on a house in Roswell! About a mile and a half from rockin taco and that area, 3 car garage, and this bitchin back yard!
