Sooooo ummmm just found something out today.... The max weight the bench press machine at the apartment complex can do is like 170 or 180 lbs... I did that with ease for 6 reps. Probably could have done it for all 10 reps but I was sticking to the 10-8-6 rep set. I am good on every other machine (as far as still got plenty of weight before I max the machine) but not bench. Guess for now I will keep at the max weight and I can start subbing in incline press and hope the weight is harder to do for that.

Eventually we will either join a gym or if we buy a house with enough room we will get something like the Bowflex.

Hey Mark,

Other than having my cell phone stolen our first day here we are settling in ok. I've been chatting on a Jeep forum here and they seem to do a lot of wheeling. The bad part is almost all of it is the mud. Not very many rocks down here in these parts >:( I guess muddin is better than nothing, right.

Ok, its been a while but here I am. I just lined up my supplement order through Bodybuilding.com. Its enough to last 90 days give or take. I arrived 24th of Dec. weighing 195lbs. I did hit the gym more than other times I have been home. I didn't hold back on the food either. I am right at 200lb now and had cheese cake and other junk today. Hell, I leave tomorrow! I did circuit training and 1 long distance run. 5k is still easy. I will keep the post going when I get in. We as a group can attach pics of progress if you want. No brokeback mountain sh*t Dewild! My plan is 4 weeks or cardio and power lifting. than 8 weeks or triathlon prep. All f this will be determined by workload. It usually takes me 21 days to get fully back up to speed. I am still nursing a right shoulder injury, so I will have to work around that. Chime in. Again, sorry for my absence.

good luck on the shoulder recovery. We are sticking to the 3 day a week workout doing full body work out plus 10 minute cardio at the end. I would like to do more cardio like running but just to cold now. We job the 1/4 of a mile to the weight room as a warm up though.

Hey Glen, glad to see you back on. I can't seem to get back into it. First I was fighting a cold that seemed to last forever then as soon I started feeling better I twisted my right ankle unloading the u-haul truck and then about 3 or 4 days later I fell down the stairs in out new apartment and twisted my left ankle. I'm starting think that my a$$ should have stayed in GA :( I did go out for a walk yesterday and my ankle felt ok, but it's not ready for jogging yet. Hopefully next week I'll be able to get back into it.

88 more days and home again...woohooo. I got back in the swing of things today. Right shoulder is still hurting but fu**-it. Did 70 pull-ups total, high rep lifting and a 2 mile run. Not that bad  but nothing was for time, just completion. Post up Chuck!!

Well, I started my new PT job at the Y. Got a free membership and all! Boring job though, just help people use the machines, clean. But atleast I will get some free work outs!! I plan on cutting up a bit b4 summer. I am lean but have let the muscle mass go. I want to get back to the old days. Just 10lbs more and I would be happy!
I've grown tired of this.
